Shipping conditions

Explora Horse Boots will ship your order after receiving it on the website explorahorseboots.com and once payment has been confirmed. Payment confirmation is automatic for PayPal and credit card payments; however, if the customer chooses bank transfer as their payment method, shipping may be delayed, as it could take up to two days for the order to be validated.

Shipping to Spain

Shipping to mainland Spain will cost €7.20 (VAT included). Once the order is confirmed, deliveries will take between 24 and 72 hours.

We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra or Gibraltar.

If the shipment is to the Balearic Islands, it will cost €8.95 (VAT included).

If the shipment is to the Canary Islands, it will cost €19.95 (VAT included) and Explora Horse Boots is not responsible for any extra charges that may be generated in customs.

Shipping to Europe

Shipments to new countries in the European Union will be made soon.

For these types of shipments, the shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order, which will be indicated during the checkout process. Free shipping is not available under any circumstances, regardless of the order amount. We do not ship to islands or territories with special tax zones, such as the Azores, Madeira, San Marino, Vatican City, or Corsica (in that case, please email us at info@explorahorseboots.com and we will process your request).
