BEFORE STARTING<\/h4>\n

It’s very important<\/strong> to choose the proper boot size to achieve an optimal fit.<\/p>\n

  1. Trim the hoof<\/strong> according to the guidelines<\/em>of natural trimming<\/strong> (rolling<\/em>, etc.).<\/li>\n
  2. Put the boots on<\/strong> to make sure they are the right size. If they fits well, you can place them following the adjustment instructions. If they do not adapt well (irregular hooves, club or flared), consider making a warm adjustment to adapt the boot to the hoof instead of the other way around. Keep in mind that Explora Boots have been designed for hooves with a natural heel heights (not high).
    \nIf you choose to mold the boots by heat adjustment, this would be the right time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    BOOT FITTING<\/h4>\n

      \n
    1. Unlatch the elastic strips<\/strong> of the screws located on both sides of the heels protector and loosen them without releasing them<\/strong> from the eyelets of the protector.\"\"<\/li>\n
    2. Insert the hoof in the boot.<\/strong>
      \nTo do this, hold the bulps protector and insert the hoof into the boot.<\/li>\n
    3. Reattach the elastic strips<\/b> to the side screws of the protector; testing the different possible positions until achieving an optimal fit: they shouldn’t be loose or too tight. The horse must be comfortable. The horse must be comfortable.\"Screw

    4. Check the correct position of the heels and the bulps.<\/b>

      ELONGATED HOOVES? Adjust the bulbs protector<\/h4>\n

      If the width of the boot is right, but the bulbs protector is too tight, you can adjust the boot repositioning the protector more back. To do this, you just have to unscrew both side anchors, turn them 180\u00ba (they have 2 different positions) and screw them back when they were. That easy! But don’t worry, this fitting is optional and isn’t usually necessary.\"\"<\/p>\n

      HOW TO REMOVE THE BOOT<\/h4>\n

      To remove the boot correctly, you must unhook the elastic straps without completely removing them from the hole located on the top of the bulbs protector. It is very simple, but it is very important<\/strong> that you do it correctly.<\/p>\n
